Normally by 4:00 pm

WHAT TIME WILL MY GOLF CART BE PICKED UP?

We begin picking carts up early morning. Your cart should be ready for pick-up by10:00 am.

WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO HAVE MY GOLF CART READY FOR PICKUP?

Electric carts should be fully charged with the battery in the front floor board and the keys in the cup holder. Gas carts should have a full tank of gas (fill up at the Marina on the evening before check-out) and the keys in the cup holder. The cart should be easily accessible.

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I CHARGE AN ELECTRIC CART AND HOW DO I KNOW I HAVE IT PLUGGED IN CORRECTLY?

Electric carts should be charged every night all night. If at the home or more than 30 minutes it is also good to put the cart on the charger. Depending on the charger there will be an indicator light or gage and many of them will make a low humming sound when charge begins.

HOW WILL I KNOW IF I AM GETTING LOW ON BATTERY POWER?

Most of our electric carts have indicator lights that show the charge of the battery. If there is no indicator light you should notice the cart slowing down from its normal speed.

HOW FAR WILL A GAS CART GO ON A TANK OF GAS?

Most guests will find a tank of gas will last all week. You will only need to fill up with gas on the last evening in order to return the cart with a full tank.

WILL DRIVING THROUGH WATER DAMAGE THE CART?

Slowly driving through a rain puddle should not cause damage but splashing or driving through multiple rain puddles can damage the cart. Salt water should be avoided at all times.
